I used a drill guide here as well
I do not intend to install interior carpet.
I rigged the elevator and the rod-ends throughout were almost bottomed out.

Drilled a 1/4 in. hole at 45 degrees into the Hysol at rib #2 I'll hysol this when I do a few other hysol projects.
